Delete Your Account
DayTickles — how to permanently delete your account and data.
Delete from within the app
- Open DayTickles and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (below Sign Out).
- Confirm the warning that appears.
- Type DELETE into the confirmation box, then tap Permanently Delete Account.
This takes effect immediately — there is no additional confirmation step or waiting period after this.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your entire account and everything associated with it, including:
- Your profile (username, avatar, settings)
- Every tickle entry you've written
- Your likes, follows, and favorites
- Your goals
- Any shared links you've created
- Your notifications
- All other data associated with your account
This is a real deletion, not a deactivation — your account cannot be recovered or restored afterward, and none of the data above is retained anywhere.
Retention period
None. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Nothing is held back or kept for a waiting period before removal.
Can't access the app?
If you'd like your account and data deleted but can't sign in to use the in-app option above, email us and we'll take care of it:
